WellPlayLove Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time 

Regular straps are shipped within 3 days, Custom straps may require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

3. International Shipping
Available to select countries. Costs calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties & taxes.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

  • Contact contact@wellplaylove.com if no tracking info is received within 48 hours.

5. Lost/Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit:
    — File a claim with carrier first.
    — Email us with tracking number for assistance.

  • Damaged items? Send photos to contact@wellplaylove.com within 3 days of delivery.

6. Address Changes
Email us immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We’ll attempt to update it if the order hasn’t shipped.

7. Holiday Shipping
Extended processing/delivery times may apply during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
