WellPlayLove Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges for regular straps within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Custom straps (personalized or made-to-order) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind):
— Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
— Refund amount excludes original shipping fees.
Defective/damaged items? Contact us at contact@wellplaylove.com immediately. We’ll resolve issues case-by-case.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email contact@wellplaylove.com with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
We’ll email return instructions and a shipping address within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Late/missing refunds? Contact your bank first, then email us.
